The Zin House is open for in house dining. 

Please note: All bookings are now full through August.

We are open Friday dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday lunch, Monday lunch. All seatings feature our 5 course set menu Long Lunch/ Dinner – more details and an example menu are available under our Experiences tab.

To ensure our guests have the time to unwind over their long lunch/dinner we do not turn tables. This limited capacity means bookings fill up quickly, we apologise to those we are unable to accommodate. Booking FAQ and conditions:

Prepayments and deposits

All bookings require a full prepayment of the total food amount to confirm the booking. This payment will be taken at the time of booking online, or requested one month out from the date when booking alternatively. 

 

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control can require changes to your booking. Please contact us as soon as possible with any changes in numbers or cancelations. Any variations to the below policy will be made at the discretion of the Zin Team, and where the rebooking of your table is possible you will not be charged

Cancelations made a month or more out will receive a full refund. Cancelations made between 14 – 30 days from your booking may be charged a 20% administration fee and the balance refunded. Cancelations made between 7 – 14 days from your booking will forfeit 50% of the booking amount. Cancelations made within 7 days of your booking will forfeit the entire booking amount. 

*Please note: In the case Zin House is forced to close due to government restrictions or travel is prohibited, all booking payments will be refunded.

 

Dietary requests

We cook from scratch with mostly our own organic produce and happily cater for individual needs that are dietarily related. Please check when booking on behalf of others and be sure to let us know when you book.

 

Don’t or can’t drink?

All beverages and wine flights are optional.

A range of non – alcoholic beverages is always available and sparkling water is complimentary.

 

Children

Children are very welcome. The menu is the same for children as adults. When booking please specify how many of your guests are children.

Children 5 – 12 years are half price.

Children under 5 years are free.

Children over 12 years are full price.

 

Seating arrangements

The majority of our seating is at communal tables. Groups of six or more will be seated at individual tables. Some smaller tables are available, please let us know if this is your preference and we’ll do our best to accommodate it but cannot guarantee it.

*Due to Covid-19 social distancing requirements all groups will be seated at their own table with adequate spacing.

 

Group bookings

We have a private room that can seat up to 12 people and is available on request. Please confirm numbers with your quests as all bookings are required to pay the full food amount one month out from the date. If we are not given notice of changes in numbers, the final numbers given at this confirmation will be charged.

 

Public holidays

A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.
